RES 3700 and Active Directory
« on: January 10, 2018, 07:55:29 PM »
Hello I am very new to the IT world and looking for any documentation that could help me use Active Directory accounts instead of the Roles and User Accounts in RES3700.

Essentially we are looking to eliminate managing 2 accounts for our users.  I have searched the internet and haven't come up with a full documented process but it appears to be possible.

Any help would be appreciated.   Thank you, Dan

Micros works as a system, but locally, that is to say, it works in a network only with its work stations and the Active Directory does it through the corporate network; that is to say that I assume some kind of programming must be done to adapt both softwares

Yes, I was thinking there was to be some sort of middle ware.  I was hoping someone could point me to a off the shelf solution.  Thank you
